In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

The Navy Board has proposed Portsmouth or Plymouth as the port for repairing the MONMOUTH and the Admiralty has decided that as payment of half-yearly wages at Plymouth Yard are now due to be paid the MONMOUTH should proceed first to Spithead to task on board the necessary money and then continue to Plymouth for cleaning, repair and victualling for two months service in the Channel.
