Enclosing a Petition of Thomas Harvey late Agent for the Commissioners for Victualling in the Straits and reappointed to continue in the same capacity for an allowance for subsistence for himself and servant due to the extra expense of maintaining himself there. The Petition is passed to the Navy Board for onward transmission to the Commissioners for Victualling for their consideration.
