Urgently ordering the PENZANCE and the LYME at Spithead to convoy the ship with Provisions bound for the Squadron in the Straits and to see her safely into Cadiz; and directing the Commissioners for Victualing to instruct her Master to proceed to Spithead without delay where he is to report to Captain Wyatt of the PENZANCE.
