Requiring two members of the Navy Board to go on board the HAMPSHIRE at the Nore to witness the proving of a new device and instructing that the TIGER to be present in order for comparisons to be made. Arrangements are also to be made for the testing of a device called the Sea Crab currently in the Thames.
