Enclosing the Petition of Captain Smith former Commander of the DUNWICH appealing for the lifting of a stop placed on his pay in that ship and asking to be re-imbursed for victualing the WILD Prize and for paying her Men short allowance money. An account of his disbursements is also enclosed on which the opinion of the Navy Board is sought.
