Document signed by Henry Greenhill, 1699.

Due to a lack of movement of ships in or out of the Docks since receiving the Admiralty's letter regarding repairs the writer feels he has little choice but to enclose the Dockyard Officers' reply to the Admiralty's letter of last month giving their opinions as to how the repairs to the Docks are to be carried out in order to render them serviceable.
