In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
No date recorded. The incomplete results of a Survey undertaken at H.M. Yard at Hamoaze, Plymouth, in accordance with an Order dated the 28th of last month in which the following references are made to Docks and Buildings. Apart from some seepage, work to the Dry Dock have been carried out satisfactorily. Similarly, work to the Outer Wet Dock has been performed to a good standard. Shoring work to the North side of the Dock has not proved successful but the Contractor Mr Walters has undertaken to re-do it. The apron to the Outer Dock, though originally satisfactory, appears to have swelled. Signed by various Dockyard Officers.
