Ordering the year's provisions for the soldiers in Newfoundland to be put aboard the HAMPSHIRE in the Downs for immediate dispatch. Should the HAMPSHIRE be unable to stow all of the provisions the remainder are to be put aboard another vessel bound for the same place.
