In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Enclosure: Information supplied by the Ticket Office relevant to the case of Lieutenant Richard Wilkinson including details of his time in the DOLPHIN up to the time he was recorded as having deserted (as a consequence of having taken prisoner aboard the ANGEL GABRIEL) until the blemish on his record was officially removed. On the reverse is a Certificate recording how Nicholas Best, Purser of the DOLPHIN received a receipt for victuals put aboard the ANGEL GABRIEL as signed by Richard Wilkinson. Details of what happened subsequently are also given. Signature illegible.
