In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

The LARK frigate, being in Holland had some repairs done at the charge of the Stats General of the United Provinces. We send you a copy of the account and direct you to have payment made and to prepare an account of what stores have been supplied to any of the ships of the Stats of Holland in His Majesty's yards or ports. You are also directed to make the necessary application for payment thereof.
