In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

You are directed to give an account of the tenders taken up for the fleet and how they have been employed. Also, why the fleet has not been supplied with slops and necessaries for sick men as usual. The companies of the ships mentioned are to be turned over as follows: at Portsmouth BREDAH, CAMBRIDGE, WARSPITE into the EAGLE, EXPEDITION, NORTHUMBERLAND. At Chatham the DEFIANCE, LYON, MONTAGUE into the ANNE, BURFORD, HOPE. The respective Commanders and Companies are to be turned over accordingly and the respective ships are to be fitted for service in the Mediterranean, victualled and manned for their highest complement.
