In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
William Creed, Master Carpenter of the EDGAR, is to be appointed Master Carpenter of the ST GEORGE, in place of the former removed into the ST ANDREW. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with an allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 8 October 1689.
