In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Your letter of 7 October asked us to explain our letter of 5 October regarding the victualling of ships under sail towards Spithead and others cruising of Scilly. The ships mentioned in our letter have now arrived at Spithead and are to be victualled there. Those which are cruising off Scilly are for Plymouth.
