I have sent your letter of yesterday to the Commissioners of the Admiralty, wherein you mention your enclosure of a certificate from the officers of the Sheerness yard about Mr Silvester having performed the duty of Mr Evans, Surgeon, during his sickness. The certificate not coming with the letter their Lordships desire you send it for their perusal.
