In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Thomas Wyles, Boatswain of the GUARDLAND, is to be appointed Boatswain of the RUBY, in place of the former removed to the HOPE. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 10 October 1689.
