In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Richard Hassett, Boatswain of the DRAGON prize, is to be appointed Boatswain of the GUARDLAND, in place of the former removed to the RUBY. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 10 October 1689.
