In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Captain Robert Arthur, Commander of the GUERNSEY, in his letter of yesterday has given us an account of the ship's defects and his want of stores and provisions. You are directed, upon her arrival at Sheerness, to have her put in condition to proceed to Elsinore. We enclose an extract of Captain Arthur's letter to us.
