Abraham Tilghman is to be appointed Clerk of the Cheque at Woolwich, in place of Stephen Bunce, whom we have though fit to remove. You are directed to enter him accordingly, together with such salary, wages, privileges and immunities belonging thereto. His warrant is to be dated 18 October 1689.
