William Stiggant is to be appointed Master Shipwright at Portsmouth, in place of Isaac Betts whom we have thought fit to discharge. You are directed to enter him accordingly, together with such salary, wages, allowances, accommodation, perquisites, privileges and immunities belonging thereto. His warrant is to be dated 18 October 1689.
