The DUKE, BRUNSWICK, SUFFOLK and WOOLWICH being ordered to transport the Queen of Spain and sent to the Downs, you are to have them furnished with the victuals ordered them. The DUKE is not now to stay for the made masts which she was to have as the time of making them does not admit this.
