I have your letter of yesterday about the BERKELEY CASTLE hired ship, and I am directed to let you know that this is one of the ships to be kept in pay and she is to convoy the colliers from the Nore to Newcastle. You are to supply her with such quantity of provisions to enable her to perform this service.
