In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

We are enclosing six papers about seamen impressed into His Majesty's service by the Deputies of Sir Jonathan Trelawney, Baronet, Vice Admiral of the south part of Cornwall, with an account of their disbursements. You are directed to consider these and make out bills for the same, together with such further allowance of reward of the Deputies as you shall think reasonable. If any objection is made by you to this account for want of vouchers or otherwise, you are to report to us.
