In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Petition of Thomas Aspin Esq and Elizabeth his wife, being owners of grounds in the Parish of Woolwich, which in the late Civil Wars were unlawfully entered by persons then in power and a conduit for water was built to serve the dockyard at Woolwich. Alleges that the conduit has been of great damage to the petitioners and their tenants, they being forced to pay for water to be brought from other places for their own use.
