In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Concerning previously issued Orders to provide Victuals for the Regiment destined for the Caribbean and ordered to be put aboard the ships transporting them. In the event that the warships may not be able to stow the extra Provisions, shipping is to be hired to carry the food to Barbados where it is then to be put aboard the warships.
