Enclosing an extract of a letter from Captain Walters aboard the HANNIBAL in the Downs in which he gives a tally of the Provisions on board and demanding an answer as to why so much of it is defective. Also enclosed is an extract of a letter from Captain Stanley of the DUKE stating that his sails are in poor condition and demanding a report as to why this is so.
