Enclosing a copy of a letter from Captain Jones Commander of the FORESIGHT who is complaining that there are no casks or iron hoops at Plymouth suitable to for use in stowing casks aboard his ship. Orders are given for him to be supplied with casks suitable for his forthcoming voyage to the West Indies; and informing that the GEORGE, PRINCESS ANNE, [...], SAMUEL AND HENRY and SCEPTRE Hired ships have left the Downs for Plymouth with only half of the six months provisions they should have taken. The Navy Board is instructed to make up the shortfall before the ships mentioned return to Plymouth with John Berkeley.
