Document signed by Josiah Burchett (c.1666-1746), Secretary to the Admiralty (1694-1742)

Commanders of ships recently laid up have been ordered to submit accounts to John Guise of the House of Commons Committee of the Stores received and used during last Summer's programme. Unfortunately, due to pressure of business, the letter of command has not been logged and the writer asks for its return.
