Enclosing a copy of a letter written by Mr Addis the Victualler at Plymouth sent in by Captain Jones of the FORESIGHT in which he informs that he has ordered twenty tuns of beer which the Brewer refuses to deliver unless it is fitted at the brewhouse. Ships at Plymouth are to be informed.
