In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Whereas Orders have been issued to hire ships for transporting the Provisions for victualling the Regiment during its voyage to Barbados and which could not be stowed aboard their ships, and similarly for the Mediterranean Squadron, we find we have no information as to the names vessels hired, or their whereabouts, which would allow the Squadrons to take charge of them.
