In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The Master of the MOUNTJOY, the ship that broke the boom at London Derry, has been detained by the Navy Board pending the recovery of the freight on his ship. This is delaying his return to Bristol where his ship remains ready loaded to proceed on HM business. Unless the Navy Board objects, the Admiralty intend to issue an Order for his release.
