In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Authorising the payment of Bounty to the relations of Men who were reported killed by Captain George St. Lo Commander of the PORTSMOUTH including those who have died of their wounds fighting the French at Brest. Care is to be taken in proving entitlement. Certificates must be other than those normally obtainable from the ship's Officers as they are currently held prisoner.
