In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We have ordered the MARY to be paid off so soon as money can be procured. We direct you to cause her, when brought into the Dock, to have a thorough Repair. You are also to cause the same to be done to other Ships that are ordered to be paid off. In particular, the IPSWICH should be carefully looked into, since she ran aground on her passage from Cadiz.
Repairs should be put in hand first for Ships having least need of them.
