In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Whereas we think it necessary that out of the Money given by Parliament the R's Calls and Wages due on Lists of Arrears should be carried on, we direct these to carried on by one thousand pounds a week for the former, and five hundred pounds for the latter till further Orders, and to begin to do so on Monday next.
You are also to cause to be prepared and sent to us as soon as possible an Estimate of the Wages due to each Ship now in pay till the latter end of June last, including therein the Ships ordered to be paid off that are not already paid.
