Colonel Rouse, one of the Deputy Vice Admirals of the County of Kent, has sent to the Admiralty Commissioners the Accounts of pressing Men for the Fleet in pursuance of their Lordships' Orders to the Earl of Romney as Vice Admiral of that County.
I am commanded therefore to send you these Accounts which accordingly come enclosed, in order your making him the usual allowance for pressing and conducting Men.
