I have shown the Admiralty Commissioners your letter of the 23rd June with a Copy of one which you received from William Fearne, Master of the YARMOUTH, complaining of his being abused and beaten by Mr Maynard the first Lieutenant of her.
They have sent Orders to Sir George Rooke to inquire into the matter at a Court Martial as soon as the Ship joins the Fleet.
