In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
In pursuance of HM's Order in Council of the 28th June we direct you to cause a Pension to be settled and paid to Dorothy Serle, Widow of the late Captain Henry Serle, Commander of the BIDEFORD, for her subsistence, of the value of half the present Pay allowed to the Commander of a sixth Rate, to commence from the 20th June last, and to be paid quarterly by Bills on the Navy Treasurer, out of the Ordinary Charge of the Navy, during her natural life.
