Document signed by Josiah Burchett (c.1666-1746), Secretary to the Admiralty (1694-1742)

One Paul Morrison, who lately belonged to the DUNWICH, was by Order of Admiralty Commissioners, to have been discharged from her, he being a material evidence for the Merchant insurers of the CLOUDESLEY GALLEY, but before this Order reached the Downs, the DUNWICH sailed to Cadiz, and he was made Run. I am commanded to signify to you that you cause his R to be taken off.
