Your letter of yesterday's date, giving an account of the SUFFOLK Hagboat having sailed from the Downs to this River, was shown to the Admiralty Commissioners. They have directed that that you send Orders immediately to her Commander to proceed to Portsmouth, to be fitted there as a Hospital Ship according to the Orders you have received.
