We have ordered Sir George Rooke, Admiral of the Fleet, to remove the Men on board the MILFORD who are supernumerary to her lowest complement into some of the Ships bound on Service with him, and then send the Ship to Plymouth to be cleaned.
We direct you to solicit the Treasury for Money, and cause the Men so reduced to be paid the Wages due to them.
You are ordered to put her into a condition for Channel service and victualled for two months for her lowest complement of Men at whole allowance.
