In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We direct you to cause the JERSEY upon her arrival at Woolwich to be sheathed and fitted there for a voyage to New England with all dispatch, and victualled for eight months of proper species for this voyage, for her middle complement of Men, to which you are to cause her present number to be increased, and that she be supplied with Provisions from time to time as she spends thereon, so that when she proceeds on her voyage she may have her full proportion on board.
