In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We direct you upon the arrival of the Fireship HAWK at Deptford, where she is ordered to be laid up, to cause her Commander, Officers and Company, except the standing Warrant Officers and their Servants, to be removed into the MAIDSTONE, and paid the Wages due to them in the Fireship when they arrive with the MAIDSTONE at Spithead. You are to solicit the Treasury for Money to do this.
