In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

You have informed us that the Navy Treasurer is furnished with Money for paying off the Ships mentioned in the margin hereof. We therefore direct you to cause the RYE to be paid off and laid up at Deptford, as also the LOOE, SOLEBAY and SWAN, as soon as they arrive at the places where ordered, as expressed in the margin.
You are cause the ORFORD to be paid off at Portsmouth and laid up there, and that the Men discharged from the IPSWICH, SUFFOLK and EDGAR, to reduce each of them to eighty, as the Guardships lately were, and be paid the Wages due to them for their service in those Ships, on board such Ships at Spithead where they have been removed by the Admiral of the Fleet.
You are to give Orders that the Works to be done on the ORFORD, RYE, SOLEBAY, LOOE and SWAN are to be taken in hand and completed as soon as may be.
