In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
By your letter of the 11th inst; you have proposed that Captain Thomas Crow may be borne as an Extra Man on board the Hulk at Deptford, the better to support him in his old Age.
After consideration we think it very reasonable that some provision should be made for him as an old Servant of the Navy, and we direct you cause him to be borne for Wages and Victuals as an Extra Man on board the Hulk at Deptford.
