In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We direct you to cause Captain William Power to be added to the list of Captains entitled to half Pay ashore, and that he be allowed half Pay as Captain of a fourth Rate. Also he should be inserted in the List sent to you in August last of Captains entitled to the allowance granted by HM's Establishment in Council during such time as they shall be out of employment on shore, and placed according to his seniority, viz; 5th October 1692, at which time he was appointed Captain of the SAUDADOES.
