In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
A Petition has been presented to this Board in the name of Mark Cooper stating that his servant, Robert Bland, belonged to the RUPERT Prize and was put ashore by his Commander with one William Trenwith in the West Indies to treat with the Natives near Darien. He asked that he may be paid his Wages as Trenwith has been, without staying for the Re-calls.
We direct that as his case is the same as Trenwith's his Wages should be paid to him or such other Person as shall be lawfully empowered to receive them.
