In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Having ordered the Captains of the GRAFTON at the Nore, and the DUNKIRK and OXFORD at Sheerness, to send to Woolwich so many Men as they can spare, to assist in rigging and carrying to Chatham the ROYAL SOVEREIGN, we direct you to give Orders to one of the Transport Ships in the River Medway to proceed to that Ship and receive such Men as shall be put on board her and carry them to Woolwich.
You are to cause a fitting quantity of Petty Warrant Victuals to be put on board the said Ship for those Men during the time they are in her.
