Lieutenant William Cunningham, 1st Lieutenant of the ROYAL OAK, was dismissed from his employment by a Court Martial on the 26th June, but his Wages were not forfeited.
We direct you to causes his Wages to be paid in course, if you have no other objection than the want of his Commanders Certificate of his having complied with his Instructions.
