In answer to your letter of yesterday's date, with the enclosed to you from Captain Townsend of the IPSWICH, desiring to know what inferior Officers he is to bear on the Ship now she is reduced to eighty Men, I am commanded to signify to you that you inform him that he must bear now more inferior Officers than the Guardships sometimes did.
