It appearing to us on oath that the Journal of Lieutenant Thomas Miller, formerly Lieutenant of the DRAGON, was lost during his sickness in moving from place to place with his other writings, we direct you to cause his Wages to be paid for the time he served in the said Ship, provided you have no other objection than the want of his Journal.
