In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

In consideration of his long and faithful service, Sir Richard Haddock, Comptroller of the Royal Navy, shall be restored to the Royal Bounty of five hundred pounds.
You are directed to cause this Pension to be placed upon the ordinary Establishment of the Navy, to be paid quarterly and to commence from Midsummer 1698.
